Welcome!
After 28 years of underwriting and management roles in the reinsurance business with responsibilities in Southern Africa and the Asia Pacific region with my former employer Hannover Re in Germany I have decided to give my life a new direction in 2021.
Since October 2022 I have established a practice office as a “Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie” under German legislation.
In this function I offer patients with psychological challenges psychotherapeutic assistance. This service offer is limited to my German clients.
In addition, I offer my extended professional expertise as an ex-reinsurance manager through my Integrative Coaching approach.
My fields of coaching engagement are leadership coaching, personal development coaching, handling of crisis situations in life, achieving of successful life change in general and providing professional advice on how to change behaviour patterns to enable my clients to live a healthy and fulfilled life.
I offer my services in a safe space either online or in person depending on the requirements of my clients.
In 2024 I have expanded my activities into the field of deliberate cold exposure coaching.
I work as an ICE-Coach (Intentional Cold Exposure Coach) and am convinced of the life-changing benefits of this modality which completes my “Integrative” approach aiming at living a life in good quality.
